Admission Eligibility
Admission is open to all boys and girls irrespective of social status, caste, religion or nationality. Age restrictions as per CBSE is applicable. All admissions are subject to availability of seats. It may also be noted that admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right and we reserve the right of admission.
Admission Test
Admission test is mandatory for classes VIII, IX and XI. Admission test for classes I to VII is normally needed and may be waived only by the Principal. Admission test for kindergarten is normally not required but may be administered if the Montessori Head determines it to be necessary in certain cases. Note: Admission is not given directly into class X or class XII under any circumstances.
Admission Dates
For regular students coming from CBSE board (or boards following April-to-March academic year), admission is provided in March and April.
For regular students coming from SEBA board (or boards following January-to-December academic year), admission is provided in December and January. A bridge-course is also provided to these students to smoothly transition into CBSE curriculum.
For other students (students whose parents have been transferred or those students facing other genuine problems), admission is provided throughout the year on a case-by-case basis.
Fees, Installments and Mode of Payments
For latest School, Bus and Hostel fees, please contact the Manager. All fees are to be paid in six installments. Acceptable modes of payments are Drafts, Local Checks (payable in Tezpur) and Multi-City Checks only. It may be noted that Out-Station checks and Cash are not acceptable.
Application Forms and Necessary Documents
Application forms are available in the school office during school hours. The completed application form along with a Xerox copy of birth certificate and/or transfer certificate, if applicable, must be submitted at the time of admission. Books, uniforms, badges etc are given at the time of admission.
